  • Do I need to send you my listings?

    We will automatically track your listings once it goes live on market. Once it's live on market, we'll post on your social media within 24 hours during normal business days.

  • Do I need to notify you about an open house?

    Yes! Let us know before Thu Noon PST if you'd like us to advertise your open house for the weekend. You can contact support@liftoffagent.com.

  • Do you post price changes?

    We don't automatically post price changes. We also learn from your preference and can automatically post to your preference. Please email support@liftoffagent.com if you'd like a price change posted.

  • Can you post rentals?

    Yes! We can also post rentals on your social media channels.

  • Do you post Virtual Tours and Listing Videos?

    Please send us the raw file to your listing video. This helps us upload the video to your YouTube channel and advertise that to your social channels.

  • Do you custom design posts?

    Yes! We Canva most posts with your branding as well as utilize native features within each social platform to creatively feature your listings. We're always staying on top of what's new and what's working - nothing stays static! We change the "look" of your Canva templates each quarter to give your social media posts a refresh and keeps users engaged.

  • Do you have a posting schedule?

    We maintain a regular posting schedule to keep their audience engaged and informed them about their latest properties and updates (like back on market or price improvement)
