This shift in focus allowed us to connect on a deeper level with potential clients. We weren't just showcasing listings; we were creating stories.

How did eXp Realty play a role in your scaling strategy?

eXp Realty was crucial to our scaling process. Before joining, I had been exploring various brokerage options. I found that many were franchises, which limited my ability to expand seamlessly. Now, she films every other Saturday for six hours, creating two videos worth of content, and the videographer handles all the editing. This change freed up her time significantly.

She also partnered with another agent, who left his corporate job making $60,000 a year and now makes over $175,000. This partnership allows them to focus on closing deals without the overhead of lead generation.
